Before recruitment, Daniel worked in steelmaking in Whyalla. That experience still shapes how Zionic approaches a brief: understand the work, conditions, team and what good looks like before beginning a search.
He moved from the steelworks into agency recruitment, then founded Zionic Group. Today, Daniel leads every search from first conversation through to placement.
Daniel maps the relevant market, approaches candidates and assesses their experience against the agreed brief. Employers receive written candidate assessments and progress updates, with Daniel coordinating feedback and interviews throughout the search.
