Electrical and Engineering Roles We Place

We recruit across 10 disciplines in electrical and engineering — from A-Class licensed tradespeople through to senior engineers and technical specialists. Every role is placed through direct network search, not job boards.

Electrical Trades

Trade-qualified, A-Class licensed electricians for commercial, industrial, construction, and maintenance environments. The core of every electrical operation.

Commercial Electrician

Installations, fit-outs, and maintenance in commercial buildings, retail, and office environments. High-demand across electrical contractors and facilities operators.

Industrial Electrician

Plant and process electrical work in manufacturing, food and beverage, mining, and heavy industry. Must understand motor drives, switchboards, and production environments.

Maintenance Electrician

Preventive and reactive maintenance across manufacturing, utilities, and industrial facilities. Critical for operations where unplanned downtime has real production cost.

Salary range: $85,000 – $120,000 + super

Construction Electrician

New build, infrastructure, and civil construction. Works from design drawings through to commissioning. High demand on major projects and infrastructure rollouts.

Leadership & Site Management

The people who keep delivery on schedule and teams accountable. Critical hires for any contractor scaling from project to project.

Electrical Supervisor / Foreman

On-site leadership for electrical trades teams. Manages crew productivity, quality, safety compliance, and subcontractor coordination. The difference between a project that runs and one that doesn't.

Electrical Project Manager

End-to-end delivery of electrical scopes — from estimating and procurement through to commissioning and handover. Manages programme, budget, client relationships, and subcontractors.

Engineering & Technical

Specialist engineering roles that generalist recruiters struggle to fill. Requires deep technical knowledge to brief, source, and screen accurately.

Commissioning Engineer

Brings systems from installation through to handover — testing, verification, client sign-off. Works across major infrastructure, industrial, and process projects. Often engaged on fixed-term or project basis.

Electrical Engineer

Design, specification, and technical oversight for electrical systems in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Typically degree-qualified with NER or CPEng credentials.

I&C Engineer / Technician

Instrumentation and control specialists for process industries — oil and gas, food and beverage, water treatment, and manufacturing. Work across SCADA, DCS, and field instrumentation.

Controls / PLC Engineer

PLC and HMI programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Platform experience matters — Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, Beckhoff. Rare skill set, high demand across manufacturing and utilities.
