Estimator / Project Manager — Commercial Electrical
The Role
Mint Electrical Services is a South Australian-owned commercial electrical contractor delivering projects across commercial, industrial, and fit-out sectors. Strong pipeline, clear growth vision, and a team culture genuinely focused on people.
We are looking for an Estimator / Project Manager to join at a pivotal point in our growth and help take this business to the next level.
$120,000 + super | Brand new ute + petrol card | Long-term career | Adelaide
Why This Role Is Different

You will be involved in the full project lifecycle — from winning the work through to seeing it delivered properly on site. Genuine input into how projects are built, not just how they are priced.
Your involvement will span:
- Estimating and tender preparation
- Site walkthroughs and client interaction
- Project planning and procurement input
- Delivery support and problem solving on site
- Variation management and project performance
- Improving internal systems and processes

Requirements
Must have
- Proven estimating experience in commercial electrical projects — high-rise, industrial, commercial fit-outs
- Project management experience across commercial electrical construction
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Confidence scoping and pricing complex commercial work without being walked through it
- Strong communication skills — comfortable dealing with builders, clients, and suppliers directly
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Current driver’s licence
Highly regarded
- SA A-Class Electrical Licence
- Simpro and Groundplan experience
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of margin and project profitability
- Leadership experience on site
