The structure
12-month partnership. 90-day evaluation period built in.
The first 90 days are a mutual evaluation period. If alignment isn’t there on either side, either of us can walk clean with 7 days’ notice. No drama, no pretence.
After 90 days, both parties commit to the balance of the 12-month term.
This isn’t a salary. Not a development pathway. Not a probation. It’s a structured partnership designed for proven operators who want infrastructure, not instruction.
Commission
